But we do festivals, too.    For the 20th year in a row, the Waterford Tugboat Roundup will be underway in September of 2019.

Managed since 2011, this festival draws tugboats from throughout the Northeast and more than 25,000 people to a historic village on the banks of the Hudson River at the junction of the storied Erie Canal.
